Ways to get involved:
Gardening Elective: Open to all Gateway High School students, this 3 credit course teaches the principles of growing, harvesting, and cooking fresh, organic produce and investigates different sustainable systems, including renewable energy, rainwater harvesting, and composting.
Garden Club: Our after-school enrichment program is open to all Gateway students and staff. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-dark.
Community Days: Students, families, staff, neighbors, and friends are all welcome at our weekly Community Tuesdays (3:45pm-dark). Sign up for our email list to find out when the next weekend work day will be. Please join us!
Volunteer/Intern: We offer volunteer and internship opportunities to community members who are looking to mesh their interest in gardening and sustainable design with helping the next generation learn these important skills. Send us a note if you're interested!
Group Tours/Work Days: If you our your group would like a tour of the garden or come volunteer in the garden for a day, please contact us!
